Security Policy

We aim to keep ApexConverter safe, lightweight, and transparent.

Our approach

Most calculator processing occurs locally in the browser, limiting the need to transmit calculation inputs. We use HTTPS in production, restrict third-party dependencies where possible, and review changes before release.

Third-party services

The live currency tool calls a public exchange-rate endpoint. Advertising and analytics services, if activated, are assessed for necessity, privacy disclosures, and secure delivery. No third-party service can be guaranteed risk-free.

Report a vulnerability

If you believe you found a security issue, do not publicly disclose it first. Email security@apexconverter.com with a clear description, affected URL, reproduction steps, and any supporting evidence. We will acknowledge valid reports and investigate responsibly.

Scope

Please avoid actions that disrupt service, access data that is not yours, send excessive automated requests, or exploit a vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it.
